VISION SERVICE PLAN (VSP)

VISION PLAN:

Joliet Public Schools District 86 offers vision coverage in conjunction with its health insurance plan.  Vision coverage is available to eligible employees and coverage available varies based on position.  Vision coverage is not available for individual or family purchase. 

Vision benefits are provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP).  VSP does not mail out a benefit card. When you make a vision appointment, please ask if they are in network with VSP to maximize your benefits. The summary of benefits & coverage booklet is available in the DOCUMENTS section to the left and are updated anually.
