DENTAL PLAN:
Joliet Public Schools District 86 offers dental coverage in conjunction with its health plan and is administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Dental coverage is available to eligible employees and coverage available varies based on position. Dental coverage is now available for family purchase. The summary of benefits & coverage booklet is available in the DOCUMENTS section to the left and are updated annually.
Dental coverage prior to January 1, 2019 was not a PPO program but a Traditional program.
Dental coverage after January 1, 2019 is a PPO program.
