Benefits for those who made changes during the open enrollment period will become effective January 1, 2018.

WHAT IS OPEN ENROLLMENT?

Open enrollment is the only opportunity for you to make changes to your health insurance coverage, unless there is a relevant qualifying event mid-year and the Business Office is notified and provided with documentation within 30 days of the qualifying event.

CHANGES ALLOWED DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT

Eligible employees may use the open enrollment opportunity to:

- Enroll in the plan

- Discontinue coverage

- Add or drop dependents
