A Message from Principal
Gompers Junior High School is the home to approximately 720 students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. In addition, we house other educational programs including Bilingual support and a variety of Special Education classes.
While we anticipate challenges, we as a staff are committed to the health, safety, and well being of all members of our Gompers family. Our staff is dedicated to the academic and social emotional growth of your students. We invite you as partners in the education of your students to be a part of this journey.
We believe in your students accessing opportunities that are engaging and will allow them to build meaningful relationships with their peers and all of our staff members as they grow academically. Students have the opportunity to participate in after-school and Saturday tutoring to assist them in their studies.
Our Academic Advisors are available to answer any questions and offer extra support:
We encourage you to be active members in your students' education. Please check our weekly communications for important information and updates. If there is anything we can do to support your students and / or your family, please let us know.
