Plans for 2020-21 School Year

As we prepare for the opening of the 2020-21 school year, it is important that we consider our options for safely providing educational opportunities for our students and staff.
We have been pouring over the guidance from several state agencies (ISBE, IDPH, CDC, etc). This guidance has led us to develop our initial plan which can be found on the district website. Please click the word PLAN to access it.
I cannot emphasize enough the reality that this plan is subject to change at any time based on updated guidance from the state agencies mentioned above. I will continue to post any changes here. You can also read about any changes on the district Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as the district website.
We will be calling all families over the next couple of weeks to gather responses regarding which option each family will chose. A survey has gone out to staff asking their choices as well.
