Public comments will be accepted by email on 06/09/2021 between 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. for the regular meeting of the Board; or such extended time as may be announced by the Board President during the Board meeting. Public comments will be read out loud during the portion of the meeting identified as "Opportunity for Visitors to Speak". Email comments must include the name of the person submitting the comment (not just an email address). Email comments sent without the name of the person submitting the comment will not be read.
Reading of Public comments is limited to 3 minutes per comment. The Board has established a 40-minute time period during each regular and special open meeting of the Board, for public comments with a 20-minute limit on any one subject. During the Committee meeting the time limit for public comments is limited to 12 minutes. The full Board Policy is found in Policy 2:230.
