District 86 Celebrates Assistant Principals Week

Joliet Public Schools District 86, in coordination with the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the American Federation of School Administrators, and the Illinois Principals Association, recognize the week of April 4, 2022 as National Assistant Principals Week. The week is an opportunity to honor the enormous contributions assistant principals do on a daily basis to support students and schools.

The Joliet Public Schools District 86 Assistant Principals include: BenQuila Smith, M.J. Cunningham Elementary; Lisa Manuel, Dirksen Junior High; Kesha Brown, Farragut Elementary; Jim Kikos, Gompers Junior High; Karen Glowicki and Shavon Pittman, Hufford Junior High; Ben Meinert, Thomas Jefferson Elementary; Megan Pritz, Marycrest Early Childhood Center; Erika Diaz, Pershing Elementary; Melissa Crosby and Amy Mucha, Sator Sanchez Elementary; Christopher Suffecool, Isaac Singleton Elementary; Amanda Townsend-Crossley, Lynne Thigpen Elementary, and DeAnna Smith, Washington Junior High.
