The Joliet Area of Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for their 2020 "Joliet Area Great Teachers Award." The Chamber hosts a banquet each year to honor the winners. To nominate a teacher, application forms are available on all District 86 school website pages, school offices, and at the J.F. Kennedy Administrative Center located at 420 N. Raynor Avenue in Joliet. Nominees must be certified, highly effective full-time teachers in grades PreK through 12th grade and must have completed a minimum of three years teachign experience in Joliet schools. Completed applications must be received by the Joliet Area Chamber of Commerce, 63 N. Chicago Street in downtown Joliet, by 4:00 p.m. on October 15, 2019. The Chamber will host a banquet to honor the winners in February.
