Any child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2020 must be registered online. Go to https://www.joliet86.org/students-parents/student-registration/ to begin the registration process. If the child DOES NOT currently attend Marycrest Early Childhood Center, click on the new student tab. If the child currently attends Marycrest, click on the returning student tab. The child's original state issued or certified copy of the birth certificate, physical examination, and proof of immunizations may be uploaded. In addition, three proofs of residency are required: one of the following documents (current tax bill, current mortgage payment, or signed and dated lease/proof of current payment) and two of the following documents (driver's license or State ID of parent/guardian, vehicle registration, voter registration card, current utility bill, current homeowners/renter's insurance policy/payment receipt, current credit card bill, or medical card). Parents will be contacted if any information is missing.
