The holidays got off to a wonderful start for T.E. Culbertson Elementary students thanks to the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation, Illinois State Police, and WalMart. The day began with a surprise parade featuring squad cars from the Illinois State Police and Joliet Police Department. Santa and Mrs. Claus even arrived on a motorcycle! Students played games and made crafts with the troopers and Walmart associates. The students also received presents from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
