Please begin online registration for any child who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2020 at www.joliet86.org. If the child has been a student at Marycrest Early Childhood Center, click on the returning student link. If the child is new to Joliet Public Schools, click on the new student link. A state issued or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, physical examination, proof of immunization records, and three proofs of residency are required. Required proofs of residency include a current tax bill, current mortgage payment, or signed/dated lease and proof of current payment. In addition, two of the following documents: driver’s license or State ID of parent/guardian, vehicle registration, voter registration card, current utility bill, current homeowners/renter’s insurance policy and payment receipt, current credit card bill, or medical card are needed.
