Sandburg 2017-18 Student Registration

Carl Sandburg Elementary School will be accepting Sandburg student registration information for the 2017-2018 school year. Parents/guardians of returning District 86 students must provide proof of residency by presenting one of the following: 1) most recent tax bill and proof of payment; 2) mortgage papers or signed and dated lease and proof of last month’s payment; and 3) two documents showing current address. These documents may include a driver’s license, state identification card, vehicle registration, voter registration, current homeowners/renters insurance policy and payment receipt, or a recent utility bill. New students to District 86 must also provide identification for the parent/guardian, an original or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, child’s previous school information, and legal custody documents if applicable. Physical examination and proof of immunization records are also required for students entering Kindergarten. For more information, please call (815) 725-0281.
