Physical Education & Health Education
Physical Education
The physical education program develops the social, mental and physical well-being of students through instruction in various movement experiences. Our program targets the appropriate execution of movement skills through games, cooperative activities, and competitive situations. Activities are designed for maximum participation and individual success regardless of the student’s skill level.
Health Education
The health curriculum for the Joliet Public Schools District 86 provides instruction whereas students obtain information and the skills necessary to become successful learners and healthy productive adults. Students will understand that wellness is dependent on good mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being.
